Roshni collection by Gehna Jewellers

Bombay Times Fashion Week 2018 continued to slay on the second day. The day was closed by Gehna Jewellers' Diwali collection, with outfits from ace designer, Arpita Mehta.
2/10

Marriage made in heaven

Mehta's fine designs and Gehna's luxe jewellery proved to be a marriage made in heaven.
3/10

The perfect canvas

For the collection, designer Arpita Mehta created the perfect canvas in bright coloured ensembles and clubbed them with
statement-making necklace sets, rings and earrings to long chains.
4/10

Ruling the ramp

Yami Gautam owned the ramp with all the attention on her palm bracelet and full finger ring with minimalistic detailing and long earrings from Gehna Jewellers' latest collection called Roshini.
5/10

Celebrating the festive season

The collection celebrates the festive and wedding season with pieces that are meant to be used on a daily basis and can go well with Indian and western wear too. Well, that's exactly what was showcased on the ramp.
6/10

Projecting minimalism

Yami, who loves to be minimalistic in her personal space too said, "For me, simplicity works everytime and even today my sari by Arpita Mehta and jewellery by Gehna jewellers are very minimalistic yet power packed in their own way.
7/10

Bling at its best

Sunil Datwani, owner of Gehna Jewellers said, "
The collection is called Roshini and has everything related to light, glitter, glamour. The collection is very blingy, keeping the wedding and festive season in mind, but at the same time it is not very traditional. For instance, our showstopper's shoulder duster earrings and palm bracelet is something a woman can wear any day and anywhere."
8/10

Meet the Gehna woman

"A Gehna woman is someone who is confident about herself, her style and at the same time loves to flaunt a bit." added Datwani.
9/10

The inspiration

Talking about the inspiration behind the collection, Datwani said, "We wanted to create a line that is not meant to be kept in the bank locker. The pieces that had been showcased today are all easy to wear that any bride of today would love to flaunt. The collection can be paired with Indian wear and can be complemented with western gowns and dresses too.
10/10

Amalgamation of clothes and jewellery

With the perfect amalgamation of clothes and jewellery, the show set some serious festive fashion goals.
