The second last show of the sizzling Day 1 of Bombay Times Fashion Week turned out to be one classy affair. In a one of its kind collaboration, Warner Brothers announced their collaboration with Indian designer Nivedita Saboo, who showcased a dazzling collection on the opening day of the fashion extravaganza. Saboo's show had a dapper guest owning the ramp. It was none other than young actor Meezaan.
Saboo, is a National Award winning designer and has showcased her collections at London fashion week, Paris, Hongkong, South Korea, Malaysia, Colombo and all over India and she attempts to “Amalgamate art and science to create fashion that adds value to life and inspires everyone she dresses to be the best version of themselves.”
For her collection inspired by Wonder Woman, Nivedita drew inspiration from the architecture, history and the spirit of the Amazonian warriors in Themyscira that support and uphold each other. Nivedita brings her inspiration to life through custom developed digital prints and edgy, strong silhouettes that highlight her signature of precision patterns, pleating and quilting techniques for men and women. The outfits showcased celebrate confident individuals who are carving the path to a beautiful, progressive and balanced future. Nivedita envisions a world where women and men celebrate each other and make a stronger tribe together that believes in equality, truth and wonder!
