Stand-out looks from Paris Fashion Week

Minimalism is emerging as one of the key themes of this entire fall-winter season. Here are some stand-out looks from menswear 2022 displays

2/6

Draped suit

Designer Kim Jones is known for reinventing men's suits season after season. And for his inaugural outing at the Dior show, he featured couture-cut inspired suits which were a welcome respite from the erstwhile mundane suits.

3/6

Sexy and provocative

Reflecting Louis Gabriel Nouchi’s lifetime passion for reading, each collection paid homage to a book or a writer who has inscribed their vision on the world. The collection FW22.23 was inspired by the book Artificial Paradises by Charles Baudelaire and one of its modern reflection, now forbidden due to the pandemic. This collection was like the memory of an end of a nightclub outing, when you leave the place sweating, grabbing your huge coat to catch a taxi.

4/6

Head-to-toe print

Kenzo's all-print wardrobe for men showcased at the Paris Fashion Week was a forward-thinking approach to fashion. Male models sauntering down the runway in head to toe floral prints looked very appealing.

5/6

Mega shoulders and skin show

Rick Owen's collection titled Strobe showcased mega shoulders for men. His collection had something futuristic to look forward to.

6/6

LV-monogrammed veils for men

Childlike imagination. Looks from the Louis Dreamhouse show embodied the boyhood ideology at the heart of all Virgil Abloh’s LouisVuitton work.
