Simple tips on how to layer your jewellery pieces

There are too many women who stick with just their staple jewellery pieces - could be a chain, a ring, or a pair of studs that they've been wearing for years. But over time, the fashion industry has taught us how to glam up our outfits and complete the look by pairing some or the other jewellery along with it. It has also become a trend to layer all your jewellery pieces in order to stay fashionable and make your whole look put together. So if you're someone who is clueless about how to style layered jewellery, we're here for you with some tips to keep in mind.

2/7

Necklaces

It isn't necessary to only pick golds or silvers or a particular texture and design even. You can experiment and stack a stone chain with a pearl chain or even a gold chain. If you have a petite gold chain, layer it with a longer length pearl chain. Pick a necklace that has a different style, length and texture even. You can pair a choker with a heavier chain that has a pendant.

3/7

Layering necklaces

You can even layer multiple thin chains together with different colours and textures. A band neckpiece can be paired with a pendant chain. If you want to create a theme around your look, you can mix enamel gold chains of the same colour but different lengths. You can also go ahead and pair two different lengths and designs of pendant necklace to finish the look.

4/7

Rings

A ring can change your look as much as necklaces can. You can wear one plain gold ring and pair it up with a diamond one on the other finger. You can even have a gemstone ring to combine the stack. If you feel it's getting too much, you can keep it simple by pairing two plain gold rings and one diamond ring. You can try any combination that you like. Mix it up as much as you want and play with different colours and textures too.

5/7

Layering rings

These days, it's a trend to stack up rings on one finger itself and pair two other bands on another finger. If you really get into it, the possibilities are endless and you can go on experimenting with all the various rings of your choice.

6/7

Bracelets and bangles

It is a really great idea to pair both bracelets and bangles together. One single strand bracelet can be put together with a plain gold bangle. You can even have a double strand bracelet with two thin gold bangles. Try pairing some cute charm bracelets with a simple bracelet. You can really have these on your wrist according to your outfit and mood.

7/7

Layering bracelets and bangles

If you like, you can throw in some colours and invest in some statement bracelets and bangles that you can layer together. Play with textures and even shapes. Go bold or subtle, it's all up to you. As long as you pull off the look, nothing is too much.
