Having a healthy sex drive is linked to feeling physically and emotionally healthy which can be achieved by a good diet. Food has long been used to increase sexual desire, but did you know there are foods that can actually improve your performance and sex drive? Various studies have proved how food can boost your libido. It doesn’t mean that you need exotic foods from faraway lands.
