In 2021, many bizarre food innovations were done around Maggi and the most shocking one was Maggi Milkshake. The tweet was shared by a user called Mayur Sejpal and the tweet read, "Some idiot shared this with me...Maggie Milk-shake.... Jinda pakadna hai in banane waalo ko".

Many of us love Oreo Shake, but is there anyone who wishes to try Oreo Pakoda? If yes, then you will have to visit the Ahmedabad eatery that sells Oreo Pakodas. In a viral video posted on the ‘Foodie Incarnate’ page on Instagram, a vendor is seen whipping batter from gram flour, baking powder, and salt. The bizarre food trend reached another level in 2021, when a person was seen injecting Old Monk with a syringe into freshly made Gulab Jamuns. Interestingly, the video left netizens crazy and were appreciating the fusion and giving different names to it.

A Twitter user named Devlina, whose handle is @AarKiBolboBolo gave us a glimpse of the odd dish. The image included in the post was of Butter Chicken Golgappas from a food delivery outlet. It shows regular atta golgappas stuffed with chicken and topped with sev. She captioned the post, “Sh1t no one needs in life”.

Twitter user @bytesofnews shared a picture of Chyawanprash-filled cookie rolls, which left netizens shocked. In no time, the tweet went viral. While some users found it innovative, many thought that this was the most bizarre snack one can ever have.

​Chocolate Maggi

Delhi-based food blogger Chahat Anand created the combination of Maggi topped with ice cream and shared a video of it and in no time it went viral. In the video clip, we could see a packet of Maggi being boiled and instead of adding Maggi Masala, she crushed Oreo and put in a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top.

​Dry Fruit & Cheese Dosa

The video of Dry Fruit & Cheese Dosa was posted by YouTuber Harry Uppal. As per the video, the vendor first spreads dosa batter on a tawa and then adds butter to it. Next goes on chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage and coconut chutney. After that he adds grated paneer, cashew, raisins, and garam masala to it. He then mixes it all and covers the other half of the dosa and garnishes the fusion dosa with coriander leaves, cherries, and grated cheese.

Chai Biscuit Popsicle

Mumbai food blogger Mahima posted the bizarre recipe of Chai Biscuit Popsicle. She even called it a “divine combo”. According to the viral post, to make this recipe, you need to crush a packet of biscuit, make chai (using milk, sugar, and tea leaves). Allow it to cool down, then pour the tea in popsicle mould and add a layer of biscuit, cover the lid, freeze and serve!

​Maggi Laddoo

Another recipe of Maggi that went viral in 2021 was Maggi Laddoo. The video was shared on Twitter, but was originally posted on YouTube. To make Maggi Laddoo, you need jaggery, cardamom powder, butter, and raw Maggi. All you need to do is, mix it all and roll it into laddoo balls. Also, if you are a spice lover, there is also a spicy version of this recipe that went viral and is called "Maggi Pakoras."
