It refers to a deep-fried dish made with soaked sabudana pearls mixed with mashed potatoes, and seasoned with veggies, spices, green chilli, and coriander leaves. It is best served with green chutney.

Dabeli


Dabeli is a spiced potato mixture encased in a pav, garnished with pomegranate seeds and peanuts. The name "Dabeli” means “pressed”, because the filled pav is lightly pressed before serving. In simple words, it's a desi burger, stuffed with spicy potato filling, chutneys, and crunchy toppings, packed into a soft pav.

It refers to a thin wheat roti filled with crisp aloo tikki, veggies, curd, and chutneys. It also comes in a non-vegetarian variation. And in some places you will find non-veg version of this treat, where mined chicken is used in pace of aloo tikki.
