How to detoxify liver naturally?

The liver plays a crucial role in the human body. It acts as the body’s natural detoxifier, filtering out toxins from the blood, breaking down harmful substances, and metabolizing drugs and alcohol. Shweta Shah, celebrity nutritionist recently shared a carousel post on Instagram, where she discussed three drinks that can help reduce fatty liver naturally. Warm Jera-Ajwain Water

She suggests consuming it in the morning, as it helps liver metabolism, reduces bloating and digestion, and also helps break down stored fat in the liver.
How to make it: Boil 1 glass water along with 1/2 tsp jeera,and 1/2 tsp ajwain. Sip warm.

Amla Aloe Vera Liver Cleanse Shot

It is said that amla is rich in vitamin C, reduces liver inflammation. And aloe vera, supports detox pathways and improves enzyme levels.
How to consume it: Mix 30 ml aloe vera juice and 20 ml amla juice to 1 glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach.

Beetroot Carrot Ginger Juice

As per her post, beetroot helps increase nitric oxide, improves liver blood flow as well. The beta-carotene content of carrots help heal liver cells and ginger aids reduce inflammation.
How to consume it: Take 1 small beet, 1 carrot, and 1/2 inch ginger. Blend well and consume it fresh.
