Summers are here and so are mangoes, and it is absolutely impossible to think of indulgence without including this super delicious fruit. Well, here’s a simple Mango Kulfi recipe which can be prepared in just a few minutes. You just need fresh mango pulp, sugar and full cream milk. To begin with, take a vessel and boil 1 litre milk, keep stirring. Once the milk starts to boil, turn off the flame and then add 1 cup mango pulp. Mix it well and then again turn on the flame and allow the consistency to thicken. In the meantime add ½ cup sugar. Keep stirring till the consistency is smooth and thick, purr it into the moulds and freeze it for 6-7 hours.Serve it with some fresh mango chunks to accentuate the experience.

Malai Kulfi

One of the most popular Kulfi variants, this is the most easiest one! You just need full cream milk, sugar and fresh cream. To make this quick recipe, begin with boiling 1 litre milk over medium flame, keep stirring it so that the milk does not stick to the buttom of the vessel.

Once the milk is reduced to half and it attains a thick consistency, add ½ cup sugar. Allow the reduced milk to thicken and then turn off the heat and add in ½ cup fresh cream. Keep stirring and heat the blend again, then turn off the flame and once the blend attains a normal room temperature. Pour it into the moulds, freeze it for 5 hours. Take them out and indulge in the goodness of creamy Malai Kulfi.

Badam Kulfi

This traditional kulfi is amazingly delicious and creamy, you would need sweetened condensed milk 300ml, 10 tablespoon fresh cream and crushed almonds 2 cups. Just cook the condensed milk. It already has a thick texture and add in the crushed almonds and fresh cream, cook all these ingredients for sometime, if you want you can add sugar, but as we are using sweetened condensed milk fresh cream would balance out the sweetness of this delight. Just pour the mix into the matka or small moulds, freeze for 7 hours and dive into the world of indulgence.

Rose Kulfi

This aromatic infusion will take your indulge to the next level, you just need a few ingredients to make this delight at home. Well, there are many ways of making this kulfi, but as we are making it with the most easily available ingredients, all you would need is 1litre milk, ½ cup rose flavoured syrup, rose petals. Just boil and reduce the milk and add the syrup, keep stirring. Once the milk is reduced add in the petals and allow it to boil. Pour into the moulds, freeze and relish. If you want your kulfi to be too sweet then you can add sugar. It totally depends on your taste preference as sugar syrup is already sweetened, we haven’t used any further sweetening agent.

7/8

Pista Kulfi

Another traditional kulfi recipe, which can be made in just a few minutes, you can either cook it in the traditional way or go for cooking it in the easy way with just three ingredients! Just take a deep bottomed pan, add in 300 ml condensed milk, let it cook, then add 1 ½ cups crushed pistachios, cook these for a while, then add in the 8 tablespoon fresh cream. Mix it well and transfer it to the moulds, freeze and relish. You can sugar, but as condensed milk is already sweet there’s no need to add extra. However, we leave it to your taste preference. So Indulge in the goodness and enjoy summers!

Just boil the milk, add in the 4 tablespoons of sweetened coco powder, keep stirring till the milk is reduced. Then add in the sugar and cook till it attains a thick consistency. If you want it to be more sweet then add sugar as per your taste preference, pour it into the moulds, serve it with chocolate shavings and indulge in the goodness.
