Fruit Salad

Add papaya, cucumber, apple and banana to your breakfast salad bowl and feel the difference. On one hand the digestive enzyme called Papain present in papaya will improve your gut health and on the other hand nutrients like vitamin A, C, minerals and potassium in apple will help tackle other digestion issues. It is suggested to have at least one banana a day, as the high fibre content improves the good bowel movement and the enzyme called Erepsin found in cucumber also aids in proper digestion.

It’s a wholesome dish that is made with soaked flattened rice, onion, peanut, curry leaves, mustard seed, pomegranate and salt. It’s low in calories and almost fat-free making it one of the good choices for weight loss. Poha is packed with iron and fiber, which helps you fight fat and lose weight.
