Elevated blood sugar levels can lead to a host of health complications which include heart disease, kidney problems, nerve damage, vision impairment, and a compromised immune system. There are several lifestyle factors such as poor dietary choices, lack of exercise, and stress that often contribute to rising blood sugar levels. However, along with medical guidance, it is important to include certain herbs in your diet that have shown potential in helping to manage blood sugar levels. It's important to note that while these herbs may offer benefits, they should complement, not replace, standard diabetes management practices, including medication and lifestyle modifications.
