Loaded with proteins, this easy salad makes for a satiating meal. To make this salad, take ½ avocado and chop it into the desired shape. Meanwhile, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and mix it with soaked chickpeas and toss it up with avocados and rocket leaves to enjoy.

3/7

Sweet Chidwa

This Bengali-style no-cook meal can be made by whisking fresh curd with sugar/jaggery and adding poha soaked in water. Make sure you drain the water, squeeze the poha and add it to the curd and top it with grated coconut, mix and relish.

4/7

Tomato Chickpea Soup

This simple and healthy meal is a perfect melange of 2 cups of fresh tomatoes blended with 1 cup of chickpeas, lemon juice, ginger, green chilies and fresh coriander leaves. Make a smooth, thick blend, garnish with fresh cream, and dig in.

5/7

Chia Pudding

This simple sweet treat can be made by soaking 2-3 tbsp of chia seeds overnight along with some fresh milk. Next, in the morning, whisk it with some vanilla essence, cocoa powder, honey and chopped fruits. You can also add in fruit puree for enhancing the taste of this delight!

6/7

Zucchini Salad

To make this easy and healthy salad, take a bowl and whisk hung curd, cream, oregano, chili flakes, and garlic powder and whisk it well. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into thin strips and mix it well with the dressing, seasoning with salt and pepper. Dig in!

7/7

Cucumber oatmeal

This delish breakfast treat can be made by soaking 1 cup of oats in 1 ½ cups of curd and 2 tbsp chia seeds.
