Right time of soaking nuts to gain maximum benefits

Nuts are a powerhouse of nutrition, but did you know that soaked nuts are even more beneficial? As per experts, raw nuts contain phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, which can interfere with nutrient absorption and make digestion harder. Soaking helps neutralize these compounds, allowing the body to absorb more vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. Soaking also softens the nuts and makes them easier to chew and digest. In a recent post on Instagram, nutritionist Shweta Shah explained the right soaking time of different nuts and their benefits. The caption of the post reads, "So next time you soak, remember — you’re not just softening them, you’re supercharging them!"
