Buttermilk Kadhi


This kadhi is made in UP and is lighter than its Punjabi counterpart. It is mildly tangy and is made by combining besan and buttermilk, and is tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves. It is best served with rice.

Mor Kuzhambu


This is a South Indian dish and refers to spiced buttermilk curry thickened with coconut and flavoured with cumin, coriander, and dried red chillies. It also uses veggies like ash gourd or okra and is very cooling and comforting.
