Whose juice is more beneficial

Petha is slightly sour-sweet in taste. It is considered quite pure and sweets are also made from it. At the same time, we all consume bottle gourd in many ways. Talking about the juices of both, according to the National Institute of Health (NIH), petha is a wonderful food, it is widely cultivated in India. In Ayurveda, it is used for the treatment of peptic ulcer, urine infection, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy and other nervous system related diseases.

Talking about bottle gourd, it is an excellent prebiotic. It contains all the amino acids and essential nutrients necessary for human health. It is used as a cardiotonic and general tonic. It has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cancer-fighting and diuretic properties. Therefore its juice is also very beneficial for health.

If we talk about which of the two is more beneficial, there is no exact answer. Which one you should consume or which one can prove beneficial for you, depends on individual’s need. No one juice can provide you with all the benefits. You need to choose them as per your need.
