The scorching summer heat often calls for some freezy indulgence and we often look for some instant fix to revive and rejuvenate our soul, but are these fizzy drinks or aerated beverages or sugar-laden ice creams good for health? Well, the answer is No! So, why not go for some healthy and fresh fruits to stay hydrated and beat the heat!

Summers are here and it’s that time of the year, when we eagerly await to indulge in some heavenly delicacies over some cozy brunch or a happy sundowner. It is also the time when we await the arrival of some of the most amazing gifts of nature like Mangoes, Muskmelon and Watermelon to name a few. Apart from all this, prevention from heat stroke is equally important to stay healthy and fruits are just the best way to keep the heat-induced health issues at bay and give your body ample nutrition to survive the harshness of the weather. So, read on as we tell why you must gorge on these summer fruits to stay hydrated!

​MuskMelon

Muskmelon is yet another fresh summer fruit that helps in giving your body ample hydration. Right from eating it raw to drinking its juice or to make frozen dessert like granita or parfait or sorbets, muskmelons are not only known for their taste but also for their amazing texture and an enchanting fruity aroma, which can add soul to any delicacy you add it to. Beal (Wood apple)
