What is Dirty Soda?

While the drink makers believe it is ‘flavour-infused’, it appears as a drink made by mixing all the flavours one could think of. However, what makes it ‘dirty’ is actually ‘cream’ as it never settles with the soda. From flavoured syrups to fruit juices & purees to even cream and lime juice, the dirty soda makers mix almost anything in the carbonated drink.

First, take a large glass and fill it with lots of crushed ice. Add any carbonated drink in it and next, add your favourite syrup in the glass such as cranberry or coconut syrup. Then, add cream in the drink along with lime juice and stir well. Add a fruit of your choice to top it up and enjoy! (Images courtesy: Instagram/@thelocalshavedice)
