Banana is loaded with the goodness of essential nutrients like carbohydrates and potassium, and combining it with almond milk, cinnamon helps in boosting muscle strength, keeps protein levels high, helps in satiating hunger and keeps the energy levels high.

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, water or almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon.

Instructions: Blend a ripe banana with cinnamon, almond milk until smooth. Add a pinch of salt for electrolyte balance.
