This homemade drink can help cleanse the uterus

Hormonal imbalance, PCOS and PCOD are some of the common symptoms of slackening uterine health. Well, here’s a simple age-old remedy, which is made with two potent spices that help in cleansing as well as reducing hormonal imbalance naturally. Here’s a simple drink that can help in supporting reproductive health.

Why Turmeric?

This vibrant spice contains curcumin, known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It helps reduce inflammation in the body, supports liver function, and promotes the natural detoxification processes, which can contribute to a healthier uterine condition.

3/5

Why Coriander?

Coriander is rich in vitamins and minerals; coriander aids digestion and has mild diuretic properties. This helps flush out toxins and supports hormonal balance, potentially alleviating menstrual discomfort and promoting overall reproductive health.
