​Easy ways to add leafy greens to your kid's diet


Most kids share a love-hate relationship with leafy greens, and this is what most parents worry about! Pasta Sauce


To make a hearty and healthy Green Sauce Pasta, begin with finely chopping veggies and making a puree of leafy greens. Cook the puree with some butter, spices and seasonings and add in veggies to make a thick creamy sauce. Then add some boiled pasta, cheese and enjoy!

Quesadillas or Wraps


Layer leafy greens like spinach, lettuce can be made into delicious Quesadillas or wraps by preparing a puree and kneading the tortilla dough with this puree. To make it more fun, you can add in spices and herbs. You can also add leafy greens along with some cheese, chicken, or beans to the stuffing and make a quick healthy wrap by cooking the tortilla, stuffing and then making a wrap.

This can be a healthy and delicious way to enjoy leafy greens, just add chopped leafy greens such as spinach, bok choy or broccoli to soups after blanching.
