Food content creator Chatori Rajani's 16-year-old son dies in road accident
Rajani Jain, popularly known as ‘Chatori Rajani’ on Instagram on Tuesday evening shared a post on the social media platform announcing the sudden demise of her 16-year-old son Taran jain. The creative posted on her Instagram page mentioned that her son died in a road accident.
“With a shattered heart, we share the unbearable news that our beloved gem, Taran Jain, has passed away in a road accident,” Rajani Jain and her husband Sangeet Jain said in a statement which was shared on the Chatori Rajani Instagram page.
Another post on Taran Jain's demise said that the Shok Sabha will be held on Wednesday, February 19 at Terapanth Bhawan in Delhi's Chattarpur.
She often featured her son Taran Jain in her videos which revolved around her daily cooking. Taran Jain was last seen in a reel on Chatori Rajani on February 5.
In no time the news went viral on social media and users even shared the news on Reddit. A post by the handle r/InstaCelebsGossip (Hainnnnkya) mentioned, Chatori Rajni's son passed away. A user on Reddit commented on the post, “Omg this makes me feel so sad!! They seemed like such a normal everyday family and she seemed like someone who loved to be a mom and a wife etc . This is genuinely sad.”
“This is so shocking. Ever since I saw her post on insta I can't stop thinking about it. She loved being a mother and a wife. I seriously think nazar lagna is a real thing,” another user said, adding that her son was an avid photographer and clicked amazing pictures.
For the unversed, Rajani Jain rose to viral fame with her unique and candid cooking content on social media, that featured her signature series of tiffin dishes she used to pack for her husband. Her videos used to start with ‘aaj mere husband ke lunch box me kya hai [what's in my husband's lunch]. As the founder of- “Aaj Mere Husband ke lunch box mein kya hai ", she keeps sharing small reel videos of what she packs for her husband every morning for office tiffin. From simple aloo ki sabzi to complex pickles, she shares it all and even share the recipes via her social media community channels.
In the most recent update on social media, Rajani's team shared a post that reads, "During this difficult time, Rajani is unable to use her phone and her account is being managed by her team on her behalf. We kindly ask for your prayers for her son's soul and family during this time."
"We deeply appreciate your support and wanted to share this profound loss with you. For Rajani, you are more than just followers-you are family", the post reads.
As per latest reels doing rounds on social media, the family organised the prayer meet for the deceased that saw a lot of well-wishers in attendance, who paid their tribute to the 16-year-old, who had a passion for photography. As per his personal Instagram handle, he loved product and nature photography the most.
In the most latest news, after the prayer meet, Rajani came live on Instagram and thanked her followers and friends who joined the prayer meet of her son and also requested people not to pour in insensitive comments on the feed and in general about the deceased.

We all indian should be collectively responsible for any road accident. 1) Irresponsible driving added by 2) Bad roads developed by corrupt people's 3) Not following rules 4) Impatient on roads 5) Not servicing the vehicles on time....and the list goes on....on an average we loose 400 people's everyday in India....imagine even the countries on war are not loosing these may people's everyday.....we are literally on war on Indian roads with vehicles as our weapons not knowing whom we'll kill or killed by.Read allPost comment
