Boondi Laddoos

To make these laddus, prepare a thick sugar syrup in a pan. Cook the syrup until it becomes thick and sticky. When the syrup is cooked, add cardamom powder and melon seeds to it. Now add boondi to it, mix well and shape them in round laddus. Once the laddus are made, put some silver varq and you are ready with restaurant-like Boondi Laddus.

Sweet Boondi

This is mostly used as a Prasad that’s offered to Lord Hanuman on Tuesday and Saturday, and is super-easy to make. To make this Sweet Boondi, mix 4-5 teaspoons of water in a cup of sugar in a pan. Now cook it till it becomes sticky, when it is cooked, add boondi, coconut powder and cardamom powder and mix it. Allow it to cool for some time and then serve to Lord Hanuman and then enjoy.

Boondi Raita

This is one of the easiest boondi recipes that can be made instantly, and is often served as a side dish with main meals. To make Boondi Raita, first add thick curd in a bowl and whisk well until its creamy. Meanwhile, soak boondi in some water. Next, add black salt, finely chopped coriander and chili, red chili powder, cumin powder in the curd bowl, and stir once. Strain the boondi and squeeze a little, and add in the curd. Stir once and your Boondi Raita is ready to serve.

Boondi Kadhi

To make this Boondi Kadhi, heat oil in a pan, add whole fenugreek, green chilies and curry leaves to it and allow them to splutter. Now, put a bowl of curd in it. Add half a spoon of gram flour and water in it, so that it becomes thick. When the curry comes to a boil, add salt and turmeric to it, then add boondi to it and cook it for 5-10 minutes. When it is cooked, take it out and serve it with hot puri and rice.

Boondi Bhel

This is one of the most amazing snacks that can be made easily at home. All you need to do for making this delicious dish is take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of crispy boondi, 1/2 cup puffed rice, 4-5 tbsp of sev, and a medley of green and tamarind chutneys. Next, add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions, tomatoes with a little cumin powder, red chilli powder, and chaat powder. Toss well all the ingredients and enjoy this Boondi Bhel.
