Easy Anda Paratha recipe

Are you an egg lover? If yes, then this version of egg for breakfast will surely tempt you. Made with flour dough and beaten eggs, it refers to Anda Paratha, which makes for a filling breakfast delight. Scroll to read the recipe.

Ingredients


1 cup whole wheat flour, salt to taste, water, 2 eggs, 1 small onion, 1 green chilli, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, salt to taste, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp black pepper, and oil for cooking

Step 1



First of all, knead a soft dough using flour, salt, and water. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, break the eggs and whisk along with chopped onion, green chilli, coriander.

Also, add salt, chilli powder and pepper.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a medium-sized roti.

Cook them on a preheated tawa, and make sure to cook one side lightly.

Flip the paratha, spread some egg mixture on the cooked side. Let it set slightly.

Flip the paratha again and cook the egg side properly. Once 90% percent done, apply some oil and cook until crisp on both sides. Serve hot with curry of your choice.
