Ayushmann Khurrana's favourite sabzi recipe

Ayushmann Khurrana is known for his love for desi Punjabi food. In a recent interview with Curly Tales, he mentioned about his love for Dahi ki Sabzi, which can be be in a jiffy. Take a look at the simplest sabzi that can be made in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients


1 cup fresh curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, coriander leaves, and 2 cups water

To begin with, whisk curd and set it aside.

Chop onion, tomato, and green chilli and set it aside too.

Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds and hing. Let them crackle.

Add onions and sauté until golden. Also, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Cook for a minute.

Add tomatoes, turmeric, besan, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until soft.

Now, lower the flame and slowly add the curd mixture while stirring continuously. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until slightly thick.

Once done, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy with rice or roti.
