If you are a dosa lover and passionate about making perfect dosa at home, then this piece of information is for you, but with a twist. Chef Kunal Kapur has shared this Instant Bun Dosa recipe, which actually looks like soft and gooey buns and makes for a healthy breakfast. The best part is, like regular dosas, you don't have to spread the batter on a dosa pan, rather just pour it in a tadka pan. Scroll down to read the recipe.

To this, add salt and water and blend into a smooth batter.

Transfer this to a bowl and mix well and add coriander leaves.

Prepare a tempering of oil, hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, onion, ginger and chana dal.
