Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe

It's the season of leafy greens and the best way to enjoy them is to mash them into kebabs, shallow fry and enjoy. So, if you are looking for an indulgent snack dish, then, try this super easy Hara Bhara Kebab recipe and thank us later.

Ingredients


1 cup blanched spinach, ½ cup green peas, 2–3 boiled potatoes, 2 green chillies, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 2 tbsp cornflour or bread crumbs, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, cashews or raisins, and oil for shallow frying

First of all, wash and blanch all the veggies.

Squeeze excess water and mash them well in a mixing bowl.

To this, add green chillies, ginger, spices, salt, cornflour, and coriander. Mix well.

Shape the mixture in small discs and stuff them with a cashew or raisin.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the kebabs on medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.

Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
