Instant Rava Appe

Are you a sooji lover but bored with chilla, upma, and dosa? If yes, then try this South Indian delight called Rava Appe. They are soft and fluffy and are made in a specific pan called appe pan. To make these soft and melt-in-the-mouth treats, you need to soak sooji and curd and ferment it, and if you are short on time, add baking soda and your batter is ready. Add in veggies of your choice to boost the nutritional value of the dish. Sooji or rava is rich in nutrients and is said to keep you full for longer, helping control hunger and prevent overeating.

It contains iron, which helps improve haemoglobin levels and prevents fatigue and B vitamins present in sooji support metabolism and overall energy production. Scroll down to read the detailed recipe.
