Benefits of muskmelon

Muskmelon, also known as Kharbooja, is a summer fruit, which first originated in Iran. This sweet, fleshy and juicy fruit is loaded with benefits. According to an Instagram post by an Ayurveda doctor, Dixa Bhavsar Savaliya, muskmelon is loaded with antioxidants, minerals and a bunch of other wholesome qualities.
