Hair fall is a very common problem among both men and women. It can be the result of heredity, hormonal changes, medical conditions or a normal part of ageing. Its symptoms include gradual thinning on top of the head, circular or patchy bald spots, sudden loosening of hair, full-body hair loss, and patches of scaling that spread over the scalp.


No matter what the reasons or symptoms are, hair fall is a cause of concern for many of us. Eating a balanced diet with the right nutrients can help promote hair growth, especially if you are experiencing hair loss due to poor nutrition. Here are some foods that might help you in hair fall.

Berries are rich in vitamin C, which has strong antioxidant properties. Antioxidants can help protect hair follicles against damage from harmful molecules called free radicals. Also, the body uses vitamin C to produce collagen, a protein that helps strengthen hair to prevent it from becoming brittle and breaking.
