Soya Sandwich for breakfast

Are you bored of regular veggie sandwiches for weight loss? If yes, try this low-fat, and high protein Soy Sandwich and enjoy. For the unversed, soya chunks are high in protein and fibre content and low in fat, which makes them an excellent source for weight loss. It has been found that they keep you satiated for a longer period, which helps avoid unhealthy snacking.

Ingredients required


100 gm soya chunks, 2 tbsp curd, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, salt to taste, ¼ tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, and 4-6 bread slices.

Step 1


First of all; boil the soya chunks in 2 cups of water. Once cooked, drain the water and let the chunks rest on a kitchen towel.

Add the chunks in a mixing bowl, along with grated capsicum and carrot.

Step 3


Add curd, salt, black salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Combine them well.

Spread the mixture evenly on two bread slices.

Grill the sandwich using oil or butter.
