The mercury is soaring. Even if you are working from home, there are very high chances that you are already feeling tired and fatigued. The trick is to eat healthy and drink lots of fluid. So, here are some cool ways to make your summer diet healthy.
WATER IS THE KEY WORD: Water is the best way to deal with the rising mercury. Always remember, there’s no substitute for water. The fundamental rule is to have lots of water. One should have eight glasses of water every day to keep oneself hydrated. Even if you are working from home and in an air-conditioned room, make sure to have lots of water, say nutritionists. Seema Ray, a working professional says, "After waking up in the morning, I make sure to drink a glass of water. This gives a good start to my system and I feel energised."
