Pistachios: A complete protein source

No need to eat expensive pistachios for proteins. Leave them for garnishing. If the whole World started eating Pistachios and Almonds for proteins, they will become not only super expensive but also harmful crops to the environment. Milk has all nine essential AAs in sufficient quantities. Peas and Soy too have almost complete AAs. Also consider 'complementing to each other' food combinations like Rajma Chaval etc. for getting complete essential AAs in more than sufficient quantities.Read allPost comment
