  • Stop drinking alcohol: Alcohol increases the risk of all types of cancer, including oral cancer.

  • Protect against HPV: HPV (human papillomavirus) is linked to oral cancer. Get yourselves protected through vaccination and safe practices.
  • Schedule regular dental checkups, as dentists can spot early signs of cancer.
