Guava leaf unlike Tulsi leaf are very beneficial to maintain a healthy life style. Doctors don't like this but one must adapt it instead of taking medicines which only give relief temporarily. Chew guava leaf thrice a week. Take tulsi leaf and chew daily and put in bottle of water and drink that water. Both can be used in tea daily and save money for other use. Read allPost comment
