A junk food lover’s realisation
Sunaina Roshan was outspoken about her love of junk food, frequently eating pizzas, burgers, and other unhealthy options. "There was nothing healthy going into my body," she confessed, highlighting how simple it was to fall into an unbalanced habit. However, her lifestyle caught up with her, and health difficulties came up, pushing her to reconsider her eating choices. Her story reminds us that it is frequently not until we confront major health problems that we realise the importance of appropriate eating.A wake-up call
Sunaina's jaundice diagnosis marked an turning point moment in her life. Her condition was worse by a grade 3 fatty liver, which made recovery more difficult. With jaundice, items heavy in spices or fried components were off-limits, forcing her to eat a healthier, more nutritious diet. "The switch happened day by day, step by step," Sunaina explained. This consistent modifications taught her that health is more about making tiny, daily choices than big, overnight changes.Battling cancer with a strong spirit
Sunaina further stated on a podcast that she originally dismissed cervical cancer symptoms as normal menstruation discomfort. Working as a co-producer with her father, she put off dealing with her symptoms owing to job obligations. Once identified, she took charge, finding strength in herself and making purposeful lifestyle choices that helped her recovery. Her tale emphasises the significance of listening to our body and not letting work or fear prevent us from seeking medical assistance.

One of the most significant lessons from Sunaina's tale is her message to others to start making good choices right away. "Don't let pain or illness stop you from making healthier choices," she advises her audience, encouraging them not to wait until health problems develop. Sunaina’s words serve as a reminder that we all have the power to choose a healthier path today, without waiting for a crisis to force us into it. “Stay kind to yourself, and remember, you are unbreakable,” she says, leaving us with a message of hope and strength.
