This juice is rich in dietary fibers that aid proper digestion. Fibers also curb your appetite and suppress your food cravings, which might have increased post festive eating.

Ingredients you need: 2 red apples, 1/2 pineapple, 2 lemons, and 3 cups spinach (90 g).

Wash all ingredients well. Peel the apples and chop them into small pieces. Similarly, chop the pineapple into small chunks and finely chop the spinach leaves. Place all ingredients in a juicer and process into juice. Add water if required. Strain if you want a clear juice and enjoy.

​Cucumber ginger detox water​

Cucumber is rich in water content as well as essential vitamins and antioxidants. This recipe can help you get a tummy tuck-in post festive munching.

Ingredients you need: 8 glasses of water, 1 tbsp grated ginger root, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, and 10-12 leaves of mint.

Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices. Thinly slice the lemon as well. Put all the ingredients in a jar full of water. Store the jar overnight in a fridge. Keep sipping this water throughout the day.

Ingredients you need: 1 beetroot, 1 red carrot, half an apple, 1-inch ginger, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 5-6 strawberries.

Wash all ingredients and chop them into small pieces. Remove any peels. Place all ingredients in a juicer and blend until smooth. Add water if it is too thick. You can also strain it before drinking if you do not like pulps.

90% of a watermelon's weight is water, making it one of the best fruits to consume after days of indulgence in high-calorie foods.

Ingredients you need: 3 cups watermelon chunks, 2-3 small basil leaves, 2 cups water, handful of crushed ice, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Place the watermelon chunks, lemon juice and basil leaves in a food processor and grind until smooth. Pour it into a jug, add water and mix well. Add crushed ice. Serve chilled.
