Visceral fat is one of the most dangerous forms

The human body contains five different types of fats. The thighs and hips have subcutaneous fat that can be seen when the skin is pinched. Visceral fat is found in the belly region and is considered to be the most dangerous form of fat in the human body. Secondly, it is one of the most stubborn forms of fat and is extremely hard to get rid of. However, excessive belly fat can pose extreme threats to health and wellbeing and it is important to keep it under control. Here are five things that will help you lose visceral fat quickly.

Green tea

Drinking green tea can help you lose visceral fat quickly because it contains antioxidants and caffeine, both of which speed up our metabolism and help us lose weight quickly. Green tea also suppresses hunger pangs and helps alleviate cravings. Three cups of green tea everyday are enough to supply the body with the required amount of antioxidants. Make sure you monitor your intake for too much consumption of green tea can also lead to insomnia considering its caffeine content.

Avocado

Despite being rich in calories and fat, Avocados are rich in soluble fiber that help reduce hunger and make us feel full for longer. Studies have also noted how avocados can distribute belly fat evenly in women and thereby help them attain a healthier body.
