​Masala anda bhurji

Ingredients you need

  1. 2-3 tsp oil
  2. 1 tsp garlic
  3. 2 green chilies
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 6 Curry Leaves
  6. 1/2 cup onion
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp chili powder
  10. 1 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  11. 4 Eggs
  12. Coriander leaves for garnish

​Steps to make masala anda bhurji

Take a pan and add oil to it. Next add grated garlic, chopped green chilies and grated ginger. Mix well and then add curry leaves and chopped onions. Add all the spices and mix well. Now add the eggs and keep whisking till they are cooked. Serve hot.

​Apple chia seeds smoothie

Ingredients you need

  1. 1 apple
  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. 1 tsp peanut butter
  4. 1 tsp chia seeds

​Steps to make apple chia seeds smoothie

Wash and clean the apple. Chop it into little pieces. Now take a blender and add the apple pieces along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend well. You can refrigerate before consumption.

​Palak Paneer

Ingredients you need

  1. 500 gms spinach, pureed
  2. 15 paneer cubes
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. 1 tsp garlic
  8. 1 cup onion paste
  9. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. 1/2 tsp red pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tsp coriander powder

​Steps to make palak paneer

First, boil spinach and then grind it into a puree. Now, take a pan, add some oil and fry the paneer cubes. Once done, take the cubes out and add cumin seeds and bay leaf in the pan. Next add finely chopped ginger and garlic, along with onion paste. Cook this and then add salt, garam masala, coriander powder and red pepper powder. Mix everything well. Add the tomato puree and let it cook. Next add spinach puree and let it cook too. Once the gravy looks ready, add the paneer cubes and mix everything well together. Serve hot.
