How do I stay motivated

Determination always helped me reach my goals!

We need to visualize our goals and must ask ourselves why we started our fitness journey in the first place. Our reasons must be stronger than our excuses to move things ahead. "Train your mind, your body is bound to follow".

Consistency is the key in the weight loss journey.!
