Planning to buy property?

The property rates are at an all time low currently and more people want to invest in property at this time. While buying a property, the main attraction is always the right deal but it is extremely important to consider what vastu experts say. Apart from the basic directions and position of kitchen, bathrooms and rooms, there are several other things you need to consider in order to ensure buying a prosperous house. Here are some handy tips to sail you through this important part of your life!
2/7

History is important

Always try to buy a new house but buying a successful house is far more important. Everyone prefers a new home because it does not have a history leaving no scope for bad vibes. However, if you are looking at a pre-owned home, buy one from someone who is moving into a bigger house or is moving ahead in life, achieved grand success.
3/7

Look if you are buying problems

Houses that are for sale from a divorce, a bankruptcy, or where there has been a serious illness are not the best choice. Purchasing such a home can mean that you are buying those problems too. Since the negative vibrations get absorbed in the house forever, it is best to avoid such houses.
4/7

Clear the previous energies

If you are moving into a house where someone else lived earlier, it is very important to clear the existing energies and vibrations. You can do this by cleaning, painting and replacing any existing accessories or gadgets. You can have the energies cleared professionally as well.
5/7

Shape of the plot

Any irregular-shaped property can lead to a missing corner and a missing direction. One must always prefer a regular-shaped home or plot. Square or rectangle shaped lots are especially good.
6/7

The entrance is critical

While deciding to buy a property, be sure to look at the approach to the house. If there is a road ending at a straight line to the house, it is not a good idea to invest in it. Even the T-junction is highly inauspicious as per Vastu. But if you think everything else falls in place for that property, you can also correct the approach by placing pyramids or plants.
7/7

The Facade

If the house faces an open land or has a wide and open area in the north or east, then it is extremely auspicious. This brings unlimited opportunities in the business and job. You can happily invest in that property.
