Neha Kakkar's birth is a similar example of a heartbreaking story of parenting struggles.
Neha Kakkar has had quite a journey in Bollywood and she's immensely grateful for all the love and support she has received. The actress is also extremely close to her family and has always talked about them with respect and gratitude. She is also extremely close to her elder siblings, Tony and Sonu, both of whom have made a name for themselves as well. As Neha turned a year older this year, her brother shared an emotional video related to the crooner, which shocked fans all over.
In the video, Tony talks about how their parents suffered a bad time and thought about aborting Neha before she was born because of financial duress.
Titled the 'Story of Kakkars', the episode talks about how the family suffered through harsh times and considered getting the fetus aborted as they worried they won't be able to bring her up. However, since it was over eight weeks, the procedure couldn't be done and the family decided to bring Neha up, despite all hurdles.
Tony, applauding her little sister's courage, shared how Neha, is an inspiration for anyone. He also said that he is extremely proud of her for being self-made. The video also features some of Neha's photos from her childhood days.
Even though she was the youngest, Neha used to take care of her elder siblings in Mumbai and used to send them money when they were struggling.
Tony Kakkar also, in an interview mentioned that post her win on a music reality show, the family's luck changed.
For those who don't know, Neha had a very humble upbringing and was born in Rishikesh. After seeing her sister, Sonu perform, Neha learnt to sing as well and started to perform in religious functions. Just recently the singer, who has doled out several chartbusters, shared an emotional photo of the family's lavish new house in the city, recalling how far she has come.

In the same house We Kakkar’s used to stay in a 1 Room inside which My Mother had put a table which was our kitchen in that small room. And that Room also was not our own, we were paying rent.
