Anant Ambani's wedding with Radhika Merchant is the talk of the town. Touted as India's mega wedding by international media, the wedding is scheduled to be held on July 12.
The wedding- which already had three pre-wedding festivities- has several celebrities in attendance.
29 year old Anant, who is the youngest child of Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani, currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Jio Platforms Limited from March 2020, Reliance Retail Ventures Limited from May 2022 and Reliance New Energy Limited and Reliance New Solar Energy Limited from June 2021. He also serves on the Board of Reliance Foundation from September 2022.
Anant Ambani received his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, USA. Brown University, founded in 1764 in Providence, Rhode Island, is renowned for its commitment to academic freedom and innovative education. A member of the Ivy League, Brown is distinguished by its open curriculum, allowing students to design their own courses of study.
Not just Anant Ambani, his siblings- the twin duo Isha and Akash- also have illustrious academic careers.
The only daughter of the Ambanis, Isha is a Member of the Board at Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, Jio Financial Services Limited and Reliance Foundation (RF), Reliance Foundation Institution of Education and Research, and Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Isha has obtained a graduate degree from Yale University with a double major in Psychology and South Asian Studies. She also holds an MBA from Stanford University. Isha is also on the Advisory Board of the Yale Schwarzman Center, and on the Board of Trustees of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art, Jio MAMI, and the Dia Art Foundation.
A graduate in Economics from Brown University, USA, Akash serves on the Board of Jio Platforms Limited, Reliance Industries’ digital services business. Akash is a sports enthusiast and manages the Mumbai Indians team.
The siblings completed their school education in Dhirubhai Ambani school.
