Keep these tips in mind

Sex is an art of making love, physical pleasure and a key to happiness as well. There are many lessons that we can take from Kamasutra but there are some lessons that are very apt for the modern man or woman today. Here are 5 lessons to learn from Kamasutra that will help both you and your partner, have a good time in bed

2/6

Don’t jump in

Many men still do not understand that if they want good sex, their partner too has to be on the same page but in order to achieve that, they have to work on everything that leads up to the act of sex. Jumping into it is firstly not consent unless you both just want to do that and secondly, you will not get the response because the woman has not reached that mode of doing it. In other words, foreplay is the key to a happy sex life. Kamasutra suggests that the man should first touch the shoulders of a woman and seek consent. If she responds then only should he lean in.

3/6

Kissing

There is a way to kiss properly. You can't just slobber because you are not a dog. There is an art behind kissing. You can give light kisses not just on the lips but on the entire face and body. Explore your partner’s body with light kisses all over until you get to know the erogenous zones that make them quiver. The pressure and urgency can be worked on depending upon the response of your partner.

4/6

The act of intimacy

Intimacy is not just penetrative intercourse. As per Kamasutra, there are in fact 64 acts that elevate that mood and lead you to a good time in bed. Some of those acts include conversation, enticing, kissing, stimulating, caressingh, screeching, oral sex, positions, biting and moaning.

5/6

Scratching for women, biting for men

Kamasutra recommends the women to scratch their partner during the act of making love. There are interestingly, 8 kinds of scratches which include the half moon, discus, tiger’s claw, line, circle, hare’s leap, lotus leap, and a peacock’s foot. For men, the bible of sex suggests light biting amid the act for extreme pleasure.

6/6

Make the woman climax first

As per Kamasutra, a woman can have multiple orgasms. During sex, a woman has the capability of going on with the act of sex even after having orgasms. Men are out of energy after their orgasm which is why men must make their woman climax first and then they should have their climax.
