Key points to learn from Pakistani show "Zindagi Gulzar Hai"

The show “Zindagi Gulzar Hai” became a big hit, not only because of the stunning cast but also because of the gripping storyline. With the announcement of a show where the two main actors will be seen again together, we could not help but revive your memory of the show and the beautiful life lessons we can take from the Pakistani show which was directed by Sultana Siddiqui.

2/6

Quit stereotyping

When we stereotype someone, we assume a lot about their personality and tend to miss out on knowing the person in totality. Zaroon (Fawad) and Kashaf (Sanam) are perfect examples of how true this is. Initially Zaroon thought Kashaf was annoying and haughty while Kashaf assumed that he was snobby and a brat because he belonged to a rich family. It all turned out to be false when they got to know each other.

3/6

Not all mothers-in-law are bad

In most television dramas, the mother-in-law is portrayed as a bitter woman who keeps plotting to make her daughter-in-law or son-in-law’s life hell. However, in this show, Kashaf’s mother is a kind and a loving mother-in-law who does not get angry so easily and creates a positive atmosphere in the house.

4/6

Exposure and education are crucial

It is important to not just be literate but also be educated and have exposure to different aspects of life. The need to learn something new ensures your progress and matures your mindset. This mindset, in turn, helps you understand the other person too. It is important to step out of your comfort zone like Fawad Khan’s character does. For Kashaf too, education teaches her to not be resentful of her middle class family background and relish the beauty of her life.

5/6

Love does finds its way

If you love someone then no matter how much family pressure and emotional blackmailing comes your way, true love always finds a way. Zaroon may have been engaged to Asmara and they were indeed friends for years, but when he meets Kashaf, he realises what true love is. Asmara makes many efforts, his family puts a lot of pressure but Zaroon and Kashaf do end up together.

6/6

Be grateful for what you have

The title “Zindagi Gulzar Hai” literally means life is full of boon and bloom. There are many ups and downs and every person faces them in some or the other way. You should be grateful for what you have because many people do not even have that much. You must always deal with all tests and hardships, never give up and give it your best.
