Tamannaah Bhatia

Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia and her relationship with fellow actor Vijay Varma is much-loved by their fans and followers. While both Tamannaah and Vijay have been quite open about their relationship from the beginning, this isn't the first time that Tamannaah has fallen in love. In a recent interview with Brut India, Tamannaah spoke about how her past heartbreaks helped her understand herself better and grow as a person. She also revealed the red flags people often ignore in romantic relationships which leads to its breakdown over time. Read on to know about Tamannaah Bhatia's three relationship red flags one should look out for and her one piece of advice for everyone.

1st red flag to look out for: Compulsive lying

Sharing the first relationship red flag, Tamannaah said that people who compulsively lie about everything should be stayed away from. Why? Because over time, lying even about small things becomes a habit which leads to telling bigger lies and even cheating. To prevent this from happening, one should call out white lies in the beginning of the relationship and set healthy boundaries.

2nd red flag to look out for: Controlling behaviour

While adapting to your partner for the smooth sailing of a relationship is completely fine, changing yourself completely is a big no no in a healthy relationship. If your partner tries to change every aspect of you, it is a subtle reflection of their power and control over you. “Trying to change someone is a form of control and it is the easiest way to ruin a good relationship,” Tamannaah said. Instead, one must remember to accept people as they are to reduce disappointments later in a relationship.

3rd red flag to look out for: One person always giving without getting anything in return

Relationships are all give and take. However, Tamannaah shared that if one person constantly keeps giving in a relationship and doing all the work, without it being reciprocated then shows an imbalance in the relationship. “The process of giving and taking is the exchange that makes a relationship (work)," the actress said. And if a person just keeps talking without reciprocating the other person's feelings or efforts, then the relationship is doomed.

Tamannaah Bhatia's one relationship advice

Tamannaah shared that one should not get into a relationship thinking that 'someone will rescue and take care' of them in a relationship. A relationship is about two whole people coming together to make a relationship work, wherein they both put in 100 per cent efforts.
