Ladies, take a note of this!

Those people who have never had sex before, are often found to be very nervous about their first time. Most women get very nervous thinking mostly about the pain they are about to endure. Sugarcoating the fact that first-time sex is painful won’t help, but resorting to ways to ease the pain will definitely work! Here are some useful tips to reduce pain during your first-time sex!

2/6

Lubricate yourself

Apply lube to your vagina before your partner penetrates you. The application of lube to your private area will make up for a great experience. Having foreplay that includes a lot of kissing, grabbing and touching will also make first time sex easier to handle.

3/6

Go for easy positions

Don’t even think about going for the complicated sex positions when it’s your first time. Go for the very simple ones like missionary or spooning. These positions make it relatively easier for women to not feel the pain.

4/6

Be mentally prepared

Don’t expect your first time to be a bed of roses. There may be awkward silences, grunting and sweat involved. Additionally, the women may feel a lot of pain due to their hymen being broken. So, it is best to be mentally prepared for this.

5/6

The location matters

Where you have sex actually matters a lot. You should be able to feel relaxed and comfortable when you are about to have sex. The whole process should be hassle-free having adventurous sex in the bathroom or in the car wouldn’t be a good idea.

6/6

Do not go with painkillers

Sex is going to hurt and it is absolutely natural. Do not rely on painkillers to slow down or numb the pain. It is not a healthy option. However, if you are keen on it, it is advisable to consult a gynaecologist who will be able to give professional advice on the same.
