Canadian model Winnie Harlow and her longtime boyfriend NBA star Kyle Kuzma are engaged! In a post on Instagram, the couple confirmed their engagement. “To eternity,” wrote Harlow in the post, shared on Tuesday, alongside the hashtag “#shesaidyes.

The model also posted a series of photos of the proposal scene which took place by a serene beach. Kuzma popped the question while they were on a romantic getaway to Turks and Caicos. The proposal was indeed a scene straight from a rom-com movie. The NBA star also offered his lady love an 8.5-carat oval-cut diamond ring that he designed himself! Congratulations are in order for the fabulous couple, and they are celebrating this special occasion to its fullest.

Winnie Harlow and Kyle Kuzma’s romance buds like a modern rom-com. In 2019, Kuzma, slid into Harlow’s DM. He was intrigued by her and sent a direct message on Instagram. Harlow, however, didn’t see the initial message. But what’s meant to happen, soon found its way. A year later, their paths crossed again, and this time, fate made sure Winnie Harlow noticed Kyle Kuzma. In March 2020, he dropped another message to Harlow, which she of course saw! Their connection was instant. What started as a DM, slowly transformed into daily FaceTime calls.

Winnie Harlow moves to LA
In April 2020, which is a month after their virtual communication, the model decided to move to Los Angeles from Brooklyn. They knew they had something special and decided to explore it during the quarantine period.

Making it official
In June 2020, the couple announced their relationship in public by dropping pictures on Instagram, the same platform, which led to finding each other.

First anniversary
Their friendship and romance blossomed into something much more beautiful. In April 2021, Harlow dropped a cozy picture with Kuzma and captioned, "Happy 1 year anniversary @kuz
