Poor connectivity of network

Most telecom providers are facing issues coping with increased network demands. This is because everyone from children to adults are consuming online data. This includes online academic classes, entertainment as well as social interaction apart from video-conferences.

2/8

Inadequate communication

Remote working has hardly left any room for communication between teams and managers. At a workplace, a lot of communication occurs in informal setups as well, like during snack breaks or coffee breaks. But now that employees are working from home, they're having to rely on messages, calls and video calls.

Managing team members

Managing staff remotely is a new challenger for managers. It's a whole new level of task to communicate, track work logs, project deadlines, etc. while working remotely. So for the managers of the company, this lockdown time has given rise to a big issue in terms of handling teams.

Work from home means all of it is done online. Right from the start of the day till the end and even extra hours that are put into work are all relied on either laptop screens or phone screens. This has led to people stressing their eyes all the more with the increased screen time. Increased screen time means dry eyes, headaches and blurred vision.

6/8

Compromised mental health

Since many employees haven't been able to get work off their minds in the work from home set-up, it's started to affect their mental health. A lot of people are struggling in silence and it's only getting worse since it looks like this routine is here to stay for a long time.

7/8

Loneliness

Employees have been missing going to office, meeting their co-workers, working together, having practical meetings and all of it. This lockdown has only made employees feel lonely because they no more can share lunch breaks with office friends, go for a quick stroll or even have a face-to-face chat with any of their work colleagues.
