Energy Manifestation Model: The sure-shot Harvard technique to manifesting your goals

The power of manifestation

For time immemorial, people have been manifesting the right things for themselves and for people they hold dear. Manifestation is the process of bringing your ideas, dreams, and goals into reality, not just by wishful thinking or daydreaming, but also by keeping the right intentions, working towards your goals, and slowly turning them into reality.
And in present times, many successful people have spoken about the power of visualising their goals as if they were already achieved, and living in a way that the goals and dreams, and desires turn to reality.

2/7

How do people manifest?

There are hundreds of manifesting rituals and ways, and different ones suit people differently. For example, some people think visualisation works best for them. They create a clear mental image of their goals, and do it repeatedly, improving constantly. Some others go with affirmations, where they repeat positive statements to reinforce belief in themselves and their power to achieve those goals.
And then there are others who make vision boards, creating a collage of their dream life.

3/7

How manifestation actually helps

Manifestation is not magic, and you cannot manifest things in an hour, in a night, or even in a few days. You need to be consistent, determined, and align your actions to your goal.
But when you focus your thoughts and energy on a goal consistently, you make better decisions to achieve it, you focus your attention on those goals, you become more confident in your abilities, and you rewire your subconscious into thinking that you are on the right path to achievement.

4/7

Why do some people fail?

Everyone wishes to give their best when it comes to turning their dreams to reality, but in the manifestation journey, some people fail, and give up midway. When they don’t see quick results, they get distracted and negative thoughts surround them. They are caught in a spiral of self-doubt, and when their energy gets scattered, their goals take a backseat.
Plus, manifestation needs repeated, focused intention, not a one-time wish to make everything come true, and not everyone is able to follow along through the months.

A Harvard technique - The energy manifestation model

An article titled ‘An Energy Manifestation Model as a Bridge to Social Impact’ was published in Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative, and it advocated that rather than following the traditional ‘plan-then-act’ model, people should go with the ‘Energy Manifestation’ model where instead of starting with a plan and then moving forward, you own the vision upfront, and believe fully that your goal is real and already unfolding for you. And then you work backward to align every decision and action to match that vision.

6/7

How to work it out?

The model says that first you need to hold that vision, no matter what. Start by visualising your dream everyday, and think that everything you want has already happened for you. Then from your daily routine to your big decisions, take all of them in a way to suit your dream (that has already unfolded). If something does not serve your aim, let it go, and don’t try to make room for extras. And now that you imagine your goal is already achieved, take steps you would have taken. For example, talk to the right people, think about the possible obstacles on the way, and the likes.

7/7

The part where you take help

In this road of achieving your vision, you also need to collaborate with others. Don’t just hand your dream over to someone else, but rather bring in more people who will support you, whose goals align with yours, and who will help you along the way.
In fact, apart from this article, there are so many people who also affirm that when you tell a friend about your vision, or someone who can give a helping hand, you are far more likely to achieve it.
