Impact on Independence Day plans

With moderate showers likely on August 15, outdoor gatherings and parades for Independence Day could see damp conditions, particularly in the morning and early afternoon. The IMD advises residents to plan accordingly, as wet roads and possible waterlogging in low-lying areas may affect movement across the city. While the rain could temper the heat and improve air quality, the combination of moisture and humidity means celebrations may require umbrellas, and patience, to keep spirits high.
